Job summary :

We are seeking a skilled Collibra developers with 3 to 5 years of experience, specialized in Work flow development.

Roles / Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the Collibra platform.
  • Have a strong background in system integration and data quality assurance.
  • Integrate Collibra with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • This role entails working closely with data stewards, IT teams, and business units to ensure effective data governance and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reports within Collibra.
  • Provide technical expertise in Collibra to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the data governance processes.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Monitor system performance, make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and technical skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data management technologies.
  • Participate in sprint planning and provide accurate time and resource estimates.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Education :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience :

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Collibra Workflow developer in a production environment.

    Soft skills :

  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Display strong documentation and technical writing skills.
  • Have experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
