Creative Video Producer

Better Marketing is seeking a skilled Video Content Creator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, editing and publishing high-quality, engaging video content that educates, inspires and converts US local business owners.

Key responsibilities include :

• Producing 3–5 short-form videos per week for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Generating content ideas using AI or manual research : tips, mini tutorials, client stories, and “how local businesses can get more leads.”
• Scripting, recording, editing, captioning, and publishing videos optimized for engagement and lead generation.
• Repurposing top-performing videos for other channels (e.g., Twitter, newsletter snippets).
• Tracking video performance and iterating for higher reach and engagement.
