We are seeking a Cisco UC III in Hyderabad, India! This a direct hire role for a large Value-Added Reseller. This person is responsible for identifying and resolving complex telephony and other associated technology issues.
Essential Functions
Collaborates and consults with customers, vendors, and contractors to provide expert technical solutions in support of contracts in a fast paced and demanding environment.Follows up with customer contacts to ensure satisfactory resolutionReports findings, tracks progress, and documents customer communication within incident management systemManages workload in a manner that meets defined Service Level ObjectivesDemonstrates high standards of conduct and ethics as well as appropriate judgment, independence, and discretionDevelops positive working relationships with internal and external customerThis role is offering 25LPA and is required onsite 3 days a week.
