About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to support our ongoing projects. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly skilled in Workday HCM, and comfortable working during US night shift hours .

Key Responsibilities :

Configure, implement, and support Workday HCM modules based on project requirements.

Collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.

Handle business process configuration, security setup, integrations, and reporting.

Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.

Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer as needed.

Ensure compliance with best practices and organizational policies.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant (minimum 2–3 years).

Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM core modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Payroll).

Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, security, and reporting.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Flexibility to work US night shift hours .

Nice to Have :

Workday certification(s) in relevant modules.

Experience in global implementations or support.

Contract Type : Project-Based (duration to be discussed during interview).
