Role Description

As a Care Manager, you will play the role of an extended family member for elders by assisting them in their day-to-day needs and providing holistic support.

Your role will include :

• Running errands, grocery shopping, and medicine shopping.
• Fixing & accompanying elders to doctor appointments / hospitals.
• Assisting with bank work & other essential tasks.
• Providing immediate support during emergencies.
• Arranging travel schedules for elders.
• Coordinating home services (plumber, electrician, medical help, etc.).
• Keeping families updated daily about visits and services provided.
• Full-Time / Part-Time job available.
