• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and / or Meta Ads platforms
• Plan, execute, and monitor performance-driven ad strategies
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams for asset development
• Analyze performance data and apply data-driven optimizations
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to meet campaign objectives
• Stay current with PPC trends, platform updates, and best Were Looking For :
• 25 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads (we have openings for both!)
• Bonus points for experience in the Healthcare, Cannabis, or Alternative Medicine sectors
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Thought Metric, Metorik, Dutchie, Hotter, or similar
• Strong analytical mindset and a hunger for continuous improvement
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (IST timezone)
• A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn fast
