Job description
Key Responsibilities :
- Supporting the procurement process, including raising purchase requests, obtaining quotations,
and preparing purchase orders.
Maintaining accurate procurement records, including supplier contracts, pricing agreements, anddelivery schedules.
Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve order discrepancies or delays.Assisting in inventory tracking and reordering of supplies based on demand forecasts.Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards.Working closely with internal teams (operations, finance, etc.) to understand procurement needs.Conducting basic market research to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.Assisting in preparing reports on procurement activities and cost analysis.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field(preferred but not mandatory)
0-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related fieldBasic understanding of procurement processes and inventory managementProficiency in Microsoft Office & Google SuiteGood communication and negotiation skillsAbility to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Experience with Tally.Basic understanding of supplier relationship management.Apply now-
