Key Responsibilities :

  • Supporting the procurement process, including raising purchase requests, obtaining quotations,

and preparing purchase orders.

  • Maintaining accurate procurement records, including supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and
  • delivery schedules.

  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve order discrepancies or delays.
  • Assisting in inventory tracking and reordering of supplies based on demand forecasts.
  • Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards.
  • Working closely with internal teams (operations, finance, etc.) to understand procurement needs.
  • Conducting basic market research to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
  • Assisting in preparing reports on procurement activities and cost analysis.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • (preferred but not mandatory)

  • 0-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and inventory management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with Tally.
  • Basic understanding of supplier relationship management.
