CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities

Implementation, configuration, customization and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Apps.

Desired Skills

Require minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM.

Should have good Techno-functional experience, particularly in Dynamics CE Sales, Service and Marketing modules

Should have good experience in Power Platform including Power apps and Power Automate

Good communication skill is must

Should be able to understand the requirement and provide best possible solution

Good knowledge and experience of .NET, C# to write custom plugins & workflow activities.

Knowledge and experience of JavaScript for client side scripting and Ribbon Workbench

Preferred to have Power Virtual Agent and D365 Omnichannel knowledge and experience

Must have knowledge of Azure functions and CI / CD pipelines
