Job Title : Techno-Functional Consultant

Location : New Delhi (Onsite)

Experience : 6–10 years

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in IT consulting, government projects, and educational technology. The role involves system assessment, gap analysis, DPR preparation, and client engagement to deliver strategic solutions for large-scale education and e-governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct As-Is and To-Be analysis , system assessments, and gap analysis for projects.
  • Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) , proposals, and related project documentation.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to validate findings and incorporate feedback.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, reviewing their work outputs.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation and analysis for project deliverables.
  • Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for project reporting and presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or professional certification preferred).
  • Experience : 6–10 years in IT / consulting, with a strong track record in government and education projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, DPR preparation, and gap analysis .
  • Hands-on experience in Central / State Government projects .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and data analysis.
  • Willingness to work onsite at New Delhi , with flexibility for project requirements.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of e-Governance frameworks, educational technology solutions, and policy initiatives (e.g., NEP 2020, NDEAR).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
