Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Adobe AEM Manager to lead development, support, and maintenance of AEM-based web platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AEM 6.x , strong technical expertise in Java, front-end frameworks, and cloud platforms, and a proven ability to manage application support, incident resolution, and platform enhancements in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for AEM authoring, publishing, and dispatcher environments.
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to AEM Sites, Assets, workflows, replication, and user access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AEM components, templates, and OSGi configurations.
• Support deployment activities and validate post-deployment functionality.
• Monitor system health, logs, and alerts to ensure platform stability.
• Handle user management, permissions, and access-related requests.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 / Engineering teams with detailed analysis.
• Document root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom AEM components, templates, workflows using Sling, OSGi, and JCR APIs.
• Develop and support RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party systems and Adobe Marketing Cloud services.
• Perform AEM upgrades, patching, dispatcher configurations, and performance tuning.
• Implement solutions using Adobe AEM 6.x and migrate to AEM as a Cloud Service where applicable.
• Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with UI / UX teams, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support CI / CD processes using Git, Jenkins, and Adobe Cloud Manager for deployments.
