Role Summary

We are hiring a skilled .NET Developer cum Technical Lead with proven experience in ASP.NET Core Web API development. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end project exposure in designing scalable APIs, leading module development, and mentoring peers. This is a hands-on role that focuses on delivering high-quality code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET Core Web APIs with performance and security in mind.
• Lead the implementation of technical solutions and enforce best practices.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable code.
• Review and guide junior team members in design, coding, and debugging.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, UI / UX, and DevOps for smooth project execution.
• Handle production issues with timely resolution and minimal impact.
• Contribute to Agile sprints, estimations, and retrospectives.
