Job descriptionBiological E Limited is looking for Mechanical Maintenance Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance Troubleshooting : Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, defects, or malfunctions, and implement effective solutions to resolve them Preventive Maintenance : Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules, lubrication plans, and predictive maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan Repair and Replacement : Conduct repairs, replacements, or upgrades of mechanical components, parts, or systems when necessary Compliance and Safety : Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and protocols while performing maintenance activities, and contribute to creating a safe working environment Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment condition for reference and analysis Qualifications and Skills : A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Technology, or a related field Relevant work experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other related components Key Attributes : Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently Attention to detail to perform thorough inspections and maintenance tasks accurately Adaptability to work in different environments and handle various types of equipment Strong commitment to safety standards and protocols Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance findings
