We are looking for a strong backend engineer (SE-3 level) who has hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems and has contributed to developing AI-powered features or tools. You will be part of the core product engineering team, working closely with product managers, data scientists, and frontend engineers to deliver cutting-edge SaaS :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Python.
• Collaborate with product and data science teams to build and integrate AI / ML-driven features into the product.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at scale.
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and architecture.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical :
• 510 years of experience in backend engineering, with strong expertise in Python.
• Proven experience in building or integrating AI / ML-based features or tools in production systems.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, databases (SQL / NoSQL), and API design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a hybrid setup in Bangalore.
