Position : Area Sales Manager – West & South

Reports to : National Sales Head

Overview :

A leading Indian cosmetics and personal care company is seeking dynamic Area Sales Managers to lead business growth across West and South regions. The West region role is Mumbai-based, while the South region role is Bangalore / Hyderabad-based. The position involves driving sales across General Trade and Modern Trade channels, managing distributors, expanding retail coverage, leading teams, and achieving regional sales and market share targets. The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with strong on-ground execution to deliver consistent results.

Requirements :

• 5–10 years of experience in FMCG / personal care sales and distribution.
• Proven expertise in GT and MT operations and team leadership.
• Graduate degree mandatory; MBA preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
