JOB Title : Social Media & Marketing Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Manager to oversee day-to-day digital marketing across all of our restaurant brands. This individual will play a key role in strengthening our digital presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting growth through creative campaigns. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and able to work independently while staying aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Respond to direct messages, comments, and inquiries on social platforms.
- Monitor and reply to online reviews (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable) using a professional, brand-aligned voice.
Social Media & Campaign Management
Manage and schedule posts across all brand accounts.Create and manage targeted ads, including posting in foodie and local community groups.Monitor relevant foodie, lifestyle, and community groups (Facebook / WhatsApp) for opportunities.Collaborate with leadership on seasonal promotions and campaigns.Corporate Outreach Support
Draft outreach emails and maintain prospect lists for catering opportunities.Follow up on catering leads through digital platforms.Email, SMS & Loyalty Marketing
Build and manage email and SMS campaigns.Maintain subscriber lists with clean segmentation (VIPs, catering clients, first-time diners, etc.).Support loyalty program campaigns via integrated restaurant platforms.Content Design & Digital Presence
Use Canva to create flyers, graphics, and promotional materials.Update restaurant websites (menus, events, promotions, seasonal changes).Ensure menu updates are reflected across platforms : website, OpenTable, Toast, Google Business.Repurpose photo / video content into engaging digital assets.Maintain consistency of branding across all digital channels.Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain a monthly marketing / social calendar.Track and analyze performance of social media, ads, and campaigns.Maintain a shared cloud library of menus, flyers, images, and videos for staff access.Research competitor strategies and share monthly insights.Identify trending hashtags, food holidays, and formats (Reels, TikTok, etc.) to suggest for content creation.Provide performance-based recommendations for continuous improvement.Team Collaboration
Join weekly video calls with upper management to align on goals.Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to stay updated on offerings and events.Qualifications
2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.Strong written communication skills with ability to match brand voice.Hospitality or restaurant industry experience preferred.Proficiency with :Social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).Review platforms (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable).Canva or other design tools.Email / text platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).Meta Business Suite for ads.Basic website editing (Wix, WordPress, or similar).AI tools (ChatGPT or similar).Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.What We Offer
