Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent, non-chemical backgrounds with demonstrated C-level experience.
- Master degree & certification in Manufacturing are an advantage

Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-operations, reliability, safety, HR & more
Expertise in achieving business goals while ensuring all business goals are in scope.
Knowledge of industry regulations, and energy trends and sustainability practices.
Familiar with digital transformation & emerging manufacturing technologies.
