Senior Technical Lead - Java / React.js

Role :

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced, and motivated Senior Tech Lead to join our dynamic Engineering team.

This role will be instrumental in shaping the architecture and execution of our SaaS platform.

As a technical leader, you will drive software development best practices, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable Leadership :

• Participate in architectural decisions and define the technical roadmap.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding best practices, and testing methodologies.
• Guide the team in adopting modern design patterns, tools, and Stack Development :
• Contribute hands-on to backend development using Java, Spring Boot.
• Lead frontend development with React.js (minimum 4 years' experience required).
• Drive end-to-end feature development : design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and promote clean, maintainable Collaboration :
• Work closely with Product Management, Design, and QA teams to align technical delivery with business goals.
• Clearly articulate technical decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous team :
• 8-10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, React.JS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
