JOB DESCRIPTION :

• ON Role : Customer Support Associate - Calls and Email support.
• Nature of Job : Resolving the queries of the customer via calls, Email and Chat.
• Qualification : Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply.
• Should have good communication in Hindi and English.
• Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities.
• Fixed   Day shift and One day Rotational week off.
• Work Location : Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore.
• Experience : Min 12 months to 2 years.
• UG :   Any Graduate PG :   Any Postgraduate.
