Fintech Unicorn seeking Mid-Level Backend Engineers who love building systems that millions trust with their money. Your code directly affects millions of users' financial lives - from seamless payments to smart banking features that actually work.

Bring your preferred stack. Whether you're a Java wizard, Python enthusiast, or Go expert - we adapt to your strengths, not the other way around. Work from anywhere in IST timezone. No "hybrid" nonsense - we're genuinely built for remote collaboration.

You're perfect for this if you :

✅ 2-4 years backend experience with any modern language (Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C#, Scala)

✅ Scaled systems that didn't break under pressure

✅ Cloud expertise (AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, Docker)

✅ Distributed systems experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

✅ English communication skills for our global team

Bonus points for :

  • Frontend knowledge (JavaScript, Vue.js)
  • Startup experience
  • Problem-solving mindset

  • Design APIs handling millions of transactions
