Job descriptionPromote and sell banking products (e.g., credit cards, loans, accounts) Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction HSC (12th pass) with minimum 6 months of telesales experience (on paper) Graduates (any stream) can apply even without experience Strong communication and persuasion skills Willingness to work in a target-driven environment On-roll job with Indias top private bank Full-time, permanent role with career growth Fixed salary + attractive incentives + performance bonuses Office-based role (no field sales)
