About Us :

François Compressors India Pvt. Ltd. is the wholly owned subsidiary of AF Compressors Group, head quartered in Belgium, offering compressed air solutions in the food and beverage industry. We are an international team of 80 employees located in Pirangut, Pune.

Role & Responsibility :

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to support our after-sales operations and service team. This back-office role serves as a key point of contact to our customers from a specific region, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and delivering exceptional post-sales support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple administrative and customer-facing tasks efficiently.

Main responsibilities as under :

• Act as the primary liaison for customer inquiries related to after-sales spare parts, maintenance and services
• Coordinate service engineer schedules and maintenance activities
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups via email or system
• Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare and manage service & material quotes, purchase orders (POs), and invoices
• Track service jobs, warranty cases, and preventive maintenance tasks
• Liaise with internal departments (technical, logistics, sales)
• Support colleagues in their daily activities, share workload and contribute to a collaborative team environment
