Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP EHS Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on SAP EHS experience . The role requires deep functional expertise across SDS (Safety Data Sheets), Dangerous Goods (DG), Global Label Management (GLM), Substance Volume Tracking (SVT) , and strong experience with WWI Server, phrase and label management , including migration from WWI to alternative SAP-supported solutions . The consultant will play a key role in implementations, upgrades, and regulatory compliance initiatives in a global S4 HANA landscape.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP EHS implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support across global environments.
- Design, configure, and support Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management, including authoring, generation, and regulatory compliance.
- Configure and manage Dangerous Goods (DG) functionality for transportation and regulatory compliance.
- Implement and support Global Label Management (GLM), including label generation and compliance.
- Configure and maintain Substance Volume Tracking (SVT) to meet regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., REACH).
- Manage WWI Server configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Maintain and govern phrases, symbols, and label elements in line with global and local regulations.
- Lead and execute migration projects from WWI-based document generation to alternative SAP-supported products or solutions.
- Provide UAT support, end-user training, and functional documentation.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert for EHS regulatory changes and system enhancements.
