Job descriptionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly targets set by the management. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the BFSI industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working with UCVs is an added advantage.
