Job Summary
Provide direction, guidance to team of insurance specialists in a cluster to lead the Bancassurance business.
To set performance management standards and provide the basis for performance challenge to accountable Insurance specialists.
To embed distribution capabilities, for own team as well as, through RM activation.

Embed the insurance value proposition and entrench it as an anchor product to strengthening customer relationship and loyalty
Expand local market share through volume and spend
Leverage strong alliances within branch and segments & business partners network to crystallize differentiated brand propositions across customer segments
Focus on building strong insurance expertise & bench strengths within own team
Business
Strengthen SCB in the local market as leader of bancassurance offering unique value proposition
Processes
Ensure appropriate operational procedures in place to uphold and monitor activities to ensure compliance
Risk Management
All responsibilities under the Risk Management Framework - both execution and supervisory

Depth knowledge of processes & ensure teams is trained & updated regularly.
To own & develop necessary skill set in the team of Insurance Specialist for driving quality engagement with the internal & external clients.
Strong knowledge on Products & markets that impact the overall functioning of insurance Products
Ability to demonstrate & lead a team of trained Insurance professionals by continuously upgrading knowledge levels & driving seamless application of knowledge in cross-selling
