Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Head at the Shared Services Center. The position is located in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing performance of services and people within a large and complex SSC for service delivery of broad range of services across multiple domains like IT, Human Resources (HR), Marketing, Finance, and Procurement, etc. and managing the relationships and service levels with service providers and stakeholders across international geographies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and management, service management, reporting, transition of services, etc. and act as a change agent, driving transformation, automation, and continuous process optimization across all shared services functions.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Post Graduate Degree with 20+ years of proven experience in service delivery in a large BPO or Shared Services Center / Operations
• Strong skills and experience in Operations Management to oversee efficient functioning of processes in shared services environment for services across IT, HR, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, etc.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions
• Proven expertise in Team Management and effective leadership to guide and motivate cross-functional teams
• Exceptional Communication skills for clear and effective collaboration across multiple stakeholders and international geographies, preferably US, UK and Europe
• Comprehensive knowledge in Budgeting and financial planning to manage resources and ensure cost efficiency
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma or Lean) is advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
