Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with sellers and buyers through phone calls and face-to-face meetings at office
  • Explain KAZA's products and help onboard them onto our platform.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
  • Handle basic queries and coordinate with the internal team.
  • Share daily reports and feedback with your team lead.

  • Excellent communication skills in Bengali / Hindi / English.
  • Confident and polite in phone and in-person conversations.
  • Comfortable visiting nearby sellers (light field activity).
  • Must be based in Kolkata or nearby areas.

  • Internship / Entry-level / Experienced full-time opportunity
  • Fixed pay : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
