JOB TITLE: TSW Capital Services – Business Development - Analyst, Investment Banking

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and managing relationships with domestic and international corporate clients. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, briefing about the investment banking services offered, and onboarding new clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Key responsibilities:

• Business Development & Lead Generation: Actively research, identify and cultivate new business opportunities for raising capital through networking, client outreach, referrals, and industry events.
• Pipeline Building - Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities by targeting relevant companies and initiating outreach
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with investment bankers and analysts, to set up calls and meeting with clients and communicate our capabilities and value proposition. Develop strategies with the team on outreach campaigns. Collaborate with the teams to evaluate prospective clients' financials, growth potential, and funding to develop tailored pitch materials
• Client Outreach: Present capital raising & and financial advisory services to potential clients.
• Performance Reporting: Track pipeline development, and client feedback to refine sales tactics.

MUST HAVE:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple communication streams
• Must be a fresher who has graduated in 2024 or 2025

OTHER IMPORTANT ASPECTS:

• BMS/BBA would be preferred with a basic knowledge of Finance
• Candidates should already be residing in Mumbai
