About the Role

We are looking for a Slack Developer experienced in building, customizing, and integrating Slack applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Slack APIs, automation tools, and third-party integrations to enhance communication and productivity across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Slack apps, bots, and workflows using Slack API and Bolt SDK (Node.Js or Python).
• Integrate Slack with internal systems and external platforms (e.G., Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, or custom APIs).
• Build interactive features such as slash commands, modals, and message shortcuts.
• Work with OAuth 2.0 and authentication flows for secure integrations.
• Implement event subscriptions, message posting, and webhooks.
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to understand automation needs and deliver efficient Slack-based solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Slack integrations and workflows.
• Maintain documentation and ensure best practices for Slack app security and scalability.
