2) About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Graphic & Web Designer (3–4 years) to be our go-to visual problem solver with a graphic-first mindset. 70% of your week will live in brand systems, campaigns, packaging, print / OOH, and social design. 30% will be web / UI : clean, conversion-friendly landing pages, component-based layouts, and tidy handoffs. You'll guide junior designers, collaborate with copy / strategy / dev, and present polished work with clear rationale. Old-school fundamentals, new-age pace.
