Greenway Health is seeking a hands-on Software Architect for our RCM division, who is a self-starter with a passion to solve challenging and complex problems. The candidate will work with both Product Management and Engineering / Development organization in designing highly scalable, cloud solutions in an agile environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborating with various stakeholders & business owners
• Gathering early functional and non-functional requirements.
• Choosing a technology stack.
• Effective collaboration with leadership team in defining & prioritizing roadmaps, Estimating & planning of large projects.
• Planning, Estimation & adherence to schedule & scope
• Delivering a high-level architectural design.
• Creating & presenting proof of concepts & prototypes
• Address potential risks and constraints.
• Provide detailed architectural blueprints.
• Prove solution’s viability.
• Setting quality & security standards.
• Change management.
• Development team mentoring.
• Technical debt ownership & further architecture specification
• Testing and deployment supervision.
• Production support.
• Release management.
• Drive organizational goals, KPIs & Net Promoter Scores.
• Client communication
