About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced oRTB professional to manage and expand our programmatic advertising ecosystem . The role involves onboarding and managing Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) , ensuring smooth integrations, optimizing ad performance, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new DSP and SSP partners .
- Manage end-to-end integration processes for programmatic deals.
- Monitor and optimize campaign delivery, fill rates, and eCPM performance.
- Work with internal tech and account teams to ensure seamless ad serving .
- Analyze traffic data and performance metrics to maximize yield.
- Stay updated on programmatic trends, ad tech tools, and market developments.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in oRTB, programmatic advertising, or ad tech .Hands-on knowledge of DSP / SSP operations and integrations .Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Familiarity with ad exchanges, bid requests, and header bidding .Nice to Have :
Experience with tools like Bidscube, Adkernal, Google Ad Manager, Xandr, PubMatic, OpenX, or Magnite .Understanding of CPC, CPM, and CPA models .
