Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Engineer at JustCopy.AI. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform. Your day-to-day tasks will include coding, problem-solving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will also be involved in setting technical direction, ensuring best practices, and mentoring junior developers. As a Founding Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product and technology stack.

Qualifications

Proficiency in software development, coding, and debugging

Experience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Experience with cloud services and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience in startup environments is a plus

Knowledge of best practices in software engineering and agile methodologies
