Founder's Office Role - Finance the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership, detail-oriented individual to join the Founder's Office with a singular mandate : build, manage, and track our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and ensure accurate, timely MIS (Management Information Systems) reporting across the company.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and execution. You will work directly with the Founders and Leadership Team to ensure we run the company with clarity, discipline, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Work with business leaders to consolidate revenue, margin, and cost drivers into the AOP.
- Create models that link top-down strategic goals with bottom-up business realities.
- Track AOP vs actuals across revenue, CM1 / CM2, burn, and other KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations when variances arise.
Management Information System (MIS)
Own company-wide MIS cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly).Ensure accurate collection, validation, and reporting of data across functions.Standardize dashboards, templates, and reporting formats for consistency.Drive visibility into business health and operational performance for the founders and investors.What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, FP&A, or Founder's Office roles.Extremely strong analytical and financial modeling skills.Exceptional attention to detail, with a love for structured data and clean reporting.Expertise with Excel / Google SheetsWhy This Role
