Job descriptionExposure to trading platforms (e.G., ION, Bloomberg, TradeWeb) and blotter systems; Proven ability to document BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flows, proficiency in tools like Visio, JIRA, Confluence. Experience with real‑time transaction systems, market data feeds, and latency‑sensitive workflows. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. Prior experience working with global teams and managing cross‑border delivery. Nice to Have Knowledge of derivatives (swaps, options) and structured products. Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures, microservices, and API‑driven integration. Understanding data analytics for trade performance and risk metrics. Bachelor’s / Master’s in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
Job Purpose
Deep expertise in Fixed Income Capital Markets, trade lifecycle management, and trading platform design / build. Bridge business and technology, define requirements for complex trading workflows, and collaborate with global development and business teams to deliver high‑performance, real‑time solutions.
Desired Skills and experience
- 6–10 years of experience in Business Analysis within Capital Markets, with at least 5+ years focused on Fixed Income.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing / settlement processes, and regulatory frameworks (FINRA, MiFID, Dodd‑Frank).
- Hands‑on experience with SWIFT and FIX messaging standards;
ability to interpret message schemas and troubleshoot integration issues.
familiarity with OMS / EMS workflows.
