Technical Architect - Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Developer (Remote)

Exp- 9+ Years

Location - Remote

Notice - Immediate to 15 Days

Mandatory - B2B commerce cloud, Sales cloud, Enterprise cloud, salesforce and basic

of servicemax (Nice to have).

Required Skills & Experience

9+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, including 5+ years as a

Technical Architect.

Proven expertise in :

Sales Cloud – lead-to-cash, forecasting, CPQ knowledge preferred.

Commerce Cloud (B2B LWR) – storefront design, APIs, order

management, headless commerce.

Experience Cloud – partner / customer portals, community design,

authentication, and personalization.

ServiceMax – work orders, entitlements, dispatching, preventive

maintenance, mobile / offline capabilities.

Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce,

Flows, SOQL, REST / SOAP APIs.

Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models and DevOps tools (Copado,

Gearset, Jenkins).

Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and governor

limits.

Experience leading multi-cloud Salesforce implementations at enterprise scale.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications

Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (CTA track highly

desirable).

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud certifications.

ServiceMax Certified Architect / Consultant.
