Are you an accomplished Front-End Developer with a proven track record of excellence in web development? We invite you to join our esteemed team as we embark on cutting-edge projects that redefine digital experiences. As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in creating responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Translate UI / UX designs, mockups, and wireframes into functional and visually appealing web interfaces.
• Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure adherence to web standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Lead web personalization and A / B testing efforts using tools such as VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.
• Formulate test hypotheses, design and implement experiments, and analyze results to drive user experience improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies, tools, and best practices, and proactively share knowledge with the team.
• Work closely with the manager and actively contribute to all team tasks and initiatives.
