Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Sholinganallur. The Telesales Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide customer support, and offer training on products and services. Additional responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales to achieve targets. The incumbent will work closely with various teams to address customer queries and support a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product knowledge
• Sales experience, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive results
• Ability to provide Training to customers on product knowledge and usage
• Proficiency in using CRM systems is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a team-based environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
