Role & Responsibilities :
- Acquire new customers for Corporate Salary Accounts and cross-sell third-party products by effectively managing the Corporate Sales Unit.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop prospecting strategies and ensure an efficient and effective approach to target client segments.
- Cross-sell banking and financial products alongside the core Corporate Salary Account product.
- Conduct regular product and sales skill training sessions for the sales unit.
- Recruit qualified staff for the sales team as per business requirements.
- Innovate and implement new sales channels and techniques to enhance team productivity.
- Establish and manage a performance monitoring system to track team productivity and effectiveness.
- Monitor the quality of customer acquisition to identify skill gaps and development needs.
- Implement quality control measures and ensure risk mitigation in the sales process.
- Track competitor sales activities and develop effective counter-strategies.
- Set standards for business acquisition and cross-selling practices.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable training programs to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate salary account sales or related banking rolesProven leadership and team management experienceStrong understanding of banking products and services, especially CASA and salary accountsExperience in training, recruitment, and sales performance monitoringSkills Required
