Job description
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their design needs, preferences and budget.
  • Present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material selections effectively.
  • Develop customized interior design proposals aligned with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for accurate project planning and costing.
  • Drive sales conversions by following up on leads, conducting site visits and negotiating contracts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and market prices.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand representation.

    • Requirements :

    • Education : Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
    • Experience : 2–5 years of experience in interior design and client-facing sales roles (residential / commercial projects).
    • Skills :
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
    • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Client-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
