Specifically, the SAP Basis Leader will :

• Lead the design, planning, development, and deployment of SAP environments in the cloud.
• Coordinate SAP Basis technical teams, ensuring quality, standards compliance, and timely delivery.
• Define strategies and architectures for migrations, upgrades, and SAP system optimization.
• Oversee the execution of homogeneous and heterogeneous system copies, database migrations, and cloud platform moves.
• Collaborate with solution architects, and business leaders to define SAP technology roadmaps.
• Ensure integration of SAP with other enterprise systems and communication platforms.
• Promote best practices for security, performance, and compliance in SAP environments.
• Mentor SAP Basis engineers and administrators, promoting best practices and cloud stack knowledge.
