Who Should Apply

Studio Urbarc is looking for a passionate and detail-driven Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing, dynamic team!

We’re seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in architectural and interior projects — someone who brings creativity, precision, and a great sense of design detailing to the table.

Experience in working on high end residential and commercial projects is a Plus !

Your Role Will Include :

• Space planning and layout design, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using design software and tools.
• Preparation of design presentations for clients, including 2D and 3D visualizations.
• Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Mood board )
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations
• Create estimates, schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects
• Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely execution of design plans.
• Site visits and assessments as needed to monitor progress and quality of work.
