What is BrightChamps?

A global live-learning edtech platform for kids from 6 to 16 years to learn next-gen life skills such as Coding, Financial Literacy, Communication Skills and Robotics. BrightCHAMPS is currently valued at $650 million with a $63 million investment, and services 30+ countries (India, Indonesia, US, UAE, Vietnam, and many other countries across SEA and MENA) in 12+ languages across its 4 verticals.

What is this role about?

  • Setting goals : Identifying sales goals and setting targets to meet or exceed revenue forecasts
  • Creating plans : Developing sales plans and monthly forecasting reports to track progress
  • Building the team : Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new salespeople
  • Providing guidance : Training and mentoring sales representatives, and providing on-the-ground support
  • Motivating the team : Coaching and developing the sales force to ensure high professional standards are met
  • Analyzing data : Using sales data to make important decisions
  • Managing accounts : Assigning sales territories and generating leads to divide among sales representatives
  • Running reports : Completing sales reports and other administrative work
