What You’ll Do Work directly with the founder on high-impact projects that drive growth. Identify opportunities to grow AllEvents traffic, app downloads, and brand presence. Research market trends, user behavior, and data patterns to find growth levers. Execute creative marketing ideas, product experiments, or partnerships end-to-end. Take ownership of a problem statement — figure out what matters most and make it happen. Collaborate across teams — product, growth, tech, SEO — to bring ideas to life fast. Learn, build, fail, fix, and grow — repeat till you win.
