Role Overview

The Head of Brand will be responsible for owning and shaping the Amura brand end-to-end. This is a highly strategic leadership role for someone who has worked across different brand environments, D2C / consumer brands, premium lifestyle brands, wellness, healthcare, technology, or agencies and understands how brands evolve across scale. You will craft, refine, communicate, and protect the brand’s narrative, identity, and market position. You will lead brand campaigns, storytelling, content frameworks, category positioning, and cultural relevance efforts in close alignment with Product, Growth, Creative, Social, UX, and Leadership teams.

We are looking for someone who is strategic, articulate, imaginative, deeply curious, and comfortable leading both high-level brand thinking and real-world execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Leadership & Positioning

  • Own the brand vision and long-term storytelling roadmap.
  • Define and evolve the core brand positioning and competitive narrative.
  • Translate brand philosophy into real, tangible customer experiences.

2. Cross-Functional Influence

  • Partner closely with Product, Growth, Sales, Operations, UX and Leadership to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Act as the cultural and creative north star for the organization.
  • 3. Identity & Messaging

  • Lead the evolution of the visual and verbal identity systems across markets and touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistent and meaningful brand expression in every detail — from campaigns ton packaging to customer communication.
  • 4. Innovation & Category Development

  • Work with Research and Product teams to shape new product development guided by brand purpose and cultural insight.
  • Identify emerging opportunities that strengthen category leadership.
  • 5. Brand Campaigns & Storytelling

  • Lead the creation of high-impact, emotionally resonant brand campaigns.
  • Guide creative briefing, review, narrative structure, and final messaging decisions.
  • 6. Insight & Cultural Intelligence

  • Continuously scan cultural, behavioral, and consumer trends.
  • Use insight to refine messaging, unlock growth opportunities, and maintain cultural relevance.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 8–14 years of experience across brand-building roles (brand-side, agency, consumer, lifestyle, wellness, FMCG, healthcare, luxury, tech — diverse experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to build brand identity systems, communication frameworks, and positioning that can scale.
  • Experience working across multiple functions and influencing stakeholders at leadership level.
