Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Change Management & Leadership Coach professionals with substantial experience in Digital Culture Building | Leadership Enablement | Organisational Change | Transformation Communication | Inclusive Leadership

You will engage with client leadership teams, provide strategic advisory and execution guidance, and collaborate with our core consulting group on transformative enterprise programs.

Engagement Model

• Contractual or Fractional basis (project-based assignments)
• Duration typically 3–9 months per engagement
• Flexible and remote-friendly collaboration
• We provide complete sales, pre-sales, and proposal support through our business development team
