Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Excellence Executive located in Gurugram. The Customer Excellence Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving client queries.
Qualifications :
1-2 yrs in proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on maintaining high-quality service standards.
Strong Customer Support and Communication skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and provide clear, empathetic responses.
Good Analytical Skills for identifying patterns, solving customer issues, and providing actionable insights for service improvements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle large volumes of communication, and adapt to changing customer needs.
