ERP Database Administrator (DBA)

Skilled Microsoft ERP Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and optimize databases supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations . You’ll be responsible for ensuring database uptime, performance, security, and supporting ERP integrations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases for ERP systems.

Perform backup, restore, performance tuning, and indexing .

Support ERP version upgrades, migrations, and environment refreshes .

Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data integrity .

Manage user access, security policies, and compliance .

Collaborate with ERP and IT teams to troubleshoot performance issues.

Support integrations with Power BI, CRM, SharePoint, and external systems .

Required Skills

Strong experience in SQL Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 administration .

Hands-on experience with Dynamics NAV / Business Central / D365 F&O .

Knowledge of T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, PowerShell , and Azure SQL .

Familiarity with Windows Server, IIS, and ERP service tiers .

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science , IT, or related field .

3–7 years of experience as a SQL / ERP DBA .

Preferred certifications :

Microsoft Certified : Azure Database Administrator Associate

MCSA / MCSE : SQL Server
