The Role

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s core architecture and infrastructure by building systems that are scalable, reliable, and built for speed. You’ll work across the stack, own complex systems end-to-end, and help guide the technical direction of the platform.

You will :

Work across the core platform in Go and the new features in Node.js - experience in either is okay but you’ll likely be working across both.

Work with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and AWS to deliver secure, performant systems.

Design and implement scalable systems and APIs, ensuring maintainability and observability.

Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence.

Continuously improve CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure, and developer experience.

Champion engineering best practices in testing, monitoring, and automation.

About You

You thrive in environments where autonomy, ownership, and quality matter. You’ve scaled production systems on Kubernetes, have a deep understanding of AWS, and write clean, pragmatic code (Go or TypeScript ideal, but flexible). You’re collaborative, curious, and enjoy solving complex problems with smart, driven peers.
