Software Development Engineer III - Python / Full Stack

About the Role

As an SDE 3 Python Fullstack, you will lead a team of full-stack engineers working on scalable web applications, backend services, and cloud-based platforms.

You will be responsible for the technical architecture, team leadership, and product delivery, ensuring high performance, security, and Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers (Python, React.js, Node.js, etc.)
• Drive technical excellence, code quality, and best engineering practices.
• Define and implement scalable system architectures for high-performance Strategy & Architecture
• Own the end-to-end technical design for Python Fullstack applications.
• Optimize database structures, backend APIs, and frontend performance.
• Ensure microservices-based architecture, CI / CD automation, and cloud & Project Management
• Hire, mentor, and develop top engineering talent.
• Manage agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business Stack & Development Python, Django / FastAPI, React.js, Git, Jira, Elasticsearch, & Security :
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement security best practices, authentication, and authorization (OAuth, JWT).
• Monitor and improve system observability using logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.
