Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP PP and QM modules to meet business requirements.

Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to SAP PP and QM.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement solutions.

Participate in testing activities, including creating test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.

Help maintain data integrity and accuracy within the SAP system.

Contribute to the development of user documentation and training materials.

Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing projects and tasks.
